I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who approaches therapy from a stance of curiosity. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships through reflection, thoughtful questioning, and supportive challenging. Together, we explore patterns, past experiences, and the underlying dynamics that shape how you move through the world. My work is primarily informed by EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic approaches. Challenges in life are inevitable, but growth depends on how we choose to respond. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in learning from life’s hardships and growing into a more integrated version of themselves.
